Small team. You'd own real things immediately. You'd talk to the people who use what you build, which most developers never get to do, and it changes how you build.
The work is varied to a degree that would be unusual anywhere else. A chatbot one week, a POS rollout the next, a network in a hotel after that. If you want to specialise narrowly for ten years, this isn't it. If you want to be genuinely useful, it might be.
