The WhatsApp booking assistant.
What this is
A working assistant on a real WhatsApp number. It answers questions about a made-up guesthouse and takes bookings for it. We built it to show what one of these actually feels like.
It's ours, not a client's. The guesthouse isn't real. The assistant is.
Try it
Ask it your hours. Ask it something awkward. Try to confuse it. Then imagine it doing that for your business at 11pm on a Sunday.
Why we built this one first
WhatsApp is how business gets done here. Not email, not a contact form: WhatsApp. Most businesses on the island are losing bookings not because they're bad but because they were busy at the wrong moment.
What it does
- Answers the questions customers actually ask, in a consistent voice.
- Takes a booking, checks availability, confirms it.
- Knows when it's out of its depth and passes to a human rather than inventing an answer.
- Runs day and night, without anyone touching the phone.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't replace your staff. It handles the repetitive nine so your people can handle the tenth. Anyone selling you more than that is selling you something.
